ORAL PREPARATION GUIDELINES

The oral abstract sessions have a duration of 90 minutes and consist of six presentations of eight minutes, each followed by four minutes for discussion and questions from the audience. In addition there is a 10 minute introductory talk by one of the session co-chairs – it is very important that each presentation is kept to time.

It will not be possible to run PowerPoint presentations directly from a laptop in the session room: all presentations must be uploaded at the Speakers’ Preview.

No poster is needed for the Oral Abstract Sessions.
