Exhibitions at EAACI 2011

Exhibiting: Unparalleled Opportunity to Reach the Medical Community
The Congress will offer unparalleled opportunities to organisations to showcase their products and services to the largest gathering of allergy professionals in the world. With over 7000 square meters of prime exhibition space and more than 9,000 delegates expected, organisations can reach many key players in the global response to allergy management. Delegates will include researchers, scientists, doctors and other health care providers. The exhibition space will host booths featuring both large and small multinational companies as well as local industry, providing a unique opportunity for companies to interact with delegates from around the world. To ensure high volumes of traffic and high visibility, the exhibition areas will host attractions such as the Ring of Pro and Con, the Poster Exhibition and the Catering Areas. An internet café located in the lower Rumeli Hall will ensure that this area remains the hub for delegates who want to stay connected. Ensure your place at EAACI 2011 by applying early for space!

Costs
Exhibition space only rental price (free-build space):      EUR 650 per sqm (min 9 sqm)
Exhibition space with shell scheme package:                 EUR 800 per sqm(as per package)

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Shell Scheme Packages
Shell scheme packages will also be available, in sizes ranging from 6 sqm to 18 sqm. Shell schemes are fully set up by the Congress, and exhibitors need only to decorate their stands. Shell scheme furniture and equipment depend on the size of the booth ordered, but normally include:

2-3 sides of Octanorm panels, depending on booth location
Chairs
Tables
Lights
Fascia signage
Wastepaper baskets
Electricity outlet (general electricity is included in the package cost during opening hours)
Shell schemes can be further customised by ordering additional furniture.

The deadline for exhibition applications is 28 February 2011. If capacity is reached, the Exhibition will be closed earlier than the planned date. The minimum square meter of free-build space that can be rented is 9 sqm.

Please note that while our sponsors will be given priority choice of stand location, early commitment will ensure that your company can secure a prominent site.

Exhibitor Instructions Manual
A full technical manual giving further general and technical information, advice and full details about the exhibition, venue, organisers and ancillary services is available for download here.
Please do note that some of the forms in the manual are mandatory and must be completed by the deadline given.


 Exhibitors are advised to obtain the local Code of Conduct for pharmaceutical companies and ensure their own compliance with the relevant codes and regulations about advertising in Turkey, and any other applicable rules and regulations from their home country.

 According to a letter from the Health Director of Istanbul, March 2011, the following permission has been approved for the EAACI Congress 2011:

 International firms working in the field of Allergy and Immunology can promote their products in their stands at the 30th EAACI Congress in Istanbul provided that they do not confer (or they are not related to) any commercial activity. Branding is allowed without the pharmaceutical products being sold, shared, tested or handed out.
