The registration fee for delegates includes:
Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition

Daily coffee/tea
Delegates who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party, will benefit from a reduced registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.

Please note that the registered accompanying person’s fee does not include admission to the scientific sessions or the congress documentation.


Nurses registration
Nurses are eligible for nurses’ fee. The nurse status must be certified by a Head of Hospital and must be submitted with the registration. The nurses registration fee also includes the Nurses’ Programme. The Nurses’ programme on 11 June includes coffee and lunch. The ”Nurses’ programme only fee” does not include any other activities except for the Opening Ceremony / Welcome Party.
Nurses who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party, will benefit from a reduced registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.

General Practitioners and Family Physicians registration
General Practitioners and Family Physicians are eligible for GP/FP fee. The status must be certified by a form signed by a Hospital Deputy or the Physician Chamber and must be submitted with the registration.

The GP/FP registration fee also includes the GP/FP Programme. The GP/FP Programme on 11 June includes coffee and lunch. The ”GP/FP Programme only fee” does not include any other activities except for the Opening Ceremony / Welcome Party.

Student registration
PhD students, MD students or fellows in training, under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

Meet the Experts
Meet the Expert Sessions will be available during the Congress. The cost is 30 EUR per seminar, reduced to
15 EUR for EAACI Junior/Affiliate members and students. Pre - registration required. The seminars include breakfast.

Post Graduate Courses
Post Graduate Courses will be held 11 June. The cost is 70 EUR, reduced to 50 EUR for EAACI Junior/Affiliate members and students. Preregistration required.

EAACI Members
Please note that it is necessary to have settled your membership fee in order to benefit from the reduction on the registration fee.

Group registrations
