Delegates requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Congress should direct a request to the Congress Secretariat in Stockholm at eaaci-visa@congrex.com.
Please be informed that a letter of invitation will only be issued to registered delegates and when Congrex Sweden AB has received full payment.

All delegates traveling to Turkey must present an approved travel document (passport or identity card) and delegates from many countries will require a visa to enter the country. Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas early (at least two months before departure), and to ensure all requested documentation is submitted with the application.

Applications must be submitted in person at the Turkish representation in the respective country. Delegates are urged to contact their nearest Turkish embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine where your application should be made and how long this process will take.

Please note that if visa is refused because the visa application was made too late or was incomplete, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
